Assisting the customer's management team with overall planning to ensure a well-run project. This would involve working closely with key management people to determine realistic time schedules and delivery dates, and the distribution of tasks etc.

Conversion/Data Importation

Providing Conversion/Data Importation services from Project Management, Data Mapping, Conversion Programming, to Operations Reviews.

Reviewing Business Requirements

Reviewing the customer's business procedures to determine which stages of the process are effectively managed by their present computer system, and identifying those areas that are not effectively met. Providing recommendations on the purchase of new software, or how existing software can be modified, to handle the business process better and meet the customer's requirements more effectively.

Business Process Re-engineering

Reviewing the customer's business requirements, but from the point of view of modifying procedures related to their computer system, in order to achieve maximum efficiency, rather than modifying the computer software. This more cost-effective recommendation would always be given where possible.

Reviews/Investigation Reporting

Providing expertise reviewing procedures in the areas of: the Software Development Cycle and Code reviews; and Post Implementation investigation and Fraud investigation reporting.
