Customising/Developing,
Quality Assurance Testing, and
Implementing Software
The customer's business requirements would be reviewed to determine how best to customise Profile software to suit their needs, and then proceeding with the actual modification and development of the software. During the final stages of the project, providing assistance to the customer in their QA testing and installation of the software, and during the "going live" stage providing assistance in monitoring the process to ensure a smooth implementation.
Support
Providing pre-conversion and post-conversion support, to assist in the smooth transfer from the existing system to FIS Profile. This would include product set-up, reviewing balancing reports, and reviewing problem logs to ensure that the integrity of the data is maintained on a daily basis.
Training
Designing and developing user-friendly training material, for the FIS Profile system, to specifically suit and best serve each individual customer. Presenting this material to customer management and providing on-site training and instruction to the users of the System. Assistance and instruction can also be given on FIS Profile training material the customer may have already received from another source.
Programming/Development
Providing programming/development services for M[umps], PSL and DATA-QWIK.
